Club Rules
We want the club to be an enjoyable place to be. Please take a few moments to review the following rules:
The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from 12:00pm to 8:00 p.m. Lifeguard service is generally available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend. The playground area, BBQs, and deck seating are available year-round.
The Club is closed on MONDAYS for cleaning and pool super-chlorination.
The main gate is to remain CLOSED at all times. Please use your gate fob/card.
Deane Homes Swim Club is a SMOKE FREE facility. NO SMOKING, including E-CIGARETTES and VAPING DEVICES on the Club premises.
No pets are allowed inside the swim club facility, including clubhouse, deck area, and playground.
No glass or glass bottles are allowed on the pool deck at any time.
Food, cups, drink containers, and utensils are to remain and be used on the tables only. NO GUM ALLOWED. Dispose of ALL trash in the bins provided.
Alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed on or inside the swim club property, including parking lot, clubhouse, deck area, and playground.
No rollerblades, skates, shoes with skates, skateboards, scooters, or bicycles are allowed anywhere on the premises.
No amplified or loud music allowed (personal speakers).
Infants and non-potty-trained children MUST wear a disposable swim diaper, no exceptions. Fecal incidents: A fine of $300 plus pool cleaning costs will be imposed on to the member family. Loss of pool privileges may occur if there is a second fecal incident.
Proper swimsuits are required to enter the pool. Regular clothing such as shirts, T-shirts, shorts, dresses, is NOT allowed at any time while in the pool.
Pool visits are limited to 10 individuals per household. A fine of $125.00 will be assessed should there be a violation of this rule. Outdoor pool parties for larger groups are available for fee; please see the office for reservations.
Long hair must be contained in a hair band.
Sunscreen must be applied 15 minutes before entering the pool. Otherwise, it is ineffective as a sunscreen and just floats on top of the water.
Children 14 years and older are allowed use of the pool without parents/guardians ONLY when a Lifeguard is on duty. Parents/Guardians will be contacted should there be issues with behavior or Club Rules not being followed.
NO RUNNING on the deck. No rough play is allowed in the water or on the deck.
Pool toys and floaties will be allowed at the discretion of the lifeguard.
Diving is only allowed in the deep end (past the solid black line). NO FLIPS.
Lifeguards have the discretion to swim test any individual. Any child with floaties must remain in the shallow end unless swimming with a parent/guardian.
Playground Rules: 8 years old and younger allowed on the playground set; no pushing or shoving; do not use the play equipment improperly; ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED. Do not leave small children unattended.
