Homeowner Membership

HOA dues are $300.00 per year.  All homeowners in good standing have access to the swim club facility and pool using an assigned gate key card.  Card replacement charges are $30.00.

Payment Options for association dues:

 

• Mail or stop by the office to make your payment.  At the office, payment may be made by check or cash.  We are located at 1010 Overlook Ridge Road, Diamond Bar, CA 91765.

 

• Online banking -  Follow the directions provided by your banking institution.  Please use your property address as the account number (Example: 1010 Overlook Ridge Road). 

 

• Zelle – Email payments may be made by using office@deanehomesswimclub.com.  Please use your property address as your account number (Example: 1010 Overlook Ridge Road.)

• Interest will be charged on balances over 60 days past due at a rate of 10% per year.

 

If the property is rented, Deane Homes Swim Club requires notice from the homeowner.

 

If the property is sold, the office should be notified at the closing of escrow. A package of Homeowners Association information is available to the escrow company. Hard copies are available by request. Buyers must be advised of the homeowner’s association.
