Club Rules

Club Rules 30.8KB Jun 23, 2016 5:20 PM

We want the club to be an enjoyable place to be.  Please take a few moments to review the following rules.

The pool is open Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 8:00 p.m.  Lifeguard service is generally available from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.

The club is closed on MONDAYS for cleaning and super-chlorination.

Deane Homes Swim Club is smoke free. Smoking will not be permitted anywhere on the property.

Babies and non potty trained children MUST wear a swim diaper; no exceptions. Fecal incidents: First incident will be a fine of $100 plus pool cleaning costs to the member family.  Second incident will be a fine of $100 plus pool cleaning costs and the loss of pool privileges to the same member family.

The gate is to remain CLOSED at all times.  Please use your gate fob.

Pool visits are limited to 10 individuals per household.  A fine of $125.00 will be assessed should there be a violation of this rule. Pool parties for larger groups are available for a small fee; please see the office for reservations.

Long hair must be contained in a hair band.

Aerosol sunscreen must be applied 15 minutes before entering the pool. Otherwise it is ineffective as a sunscreen and just floats on top of the water.

Children 14 years and older are allowed use of the pool without parents when a lifeguard is on duty.  Parents will be contacted should there be issues with behavior.

No rough play is allowed. Absolutely NO RUNNING or pushing on the deck.

Lifeguards have the discretion to swim test any individual.  Any child with floaties must remain in the shallow end, unless swimming with a parent/guardian.

Pool toys will be allowed at the discretion of the lifeguard. Diving is only allowed in the deep end (past the solid black line).  NO FLIPS.
